11A. Mass Mail Policy:

Almond Communications supports the fight against Spamming. All our servers must not be used for mass-mailing activity. If one must send mass mails through our servers, there must be a clearly defined "Opt-Out" link in the mail. A link to your website's Privacy Policy, Terms and conditions should also be included in the email.

By registering a .ke domain name through Almond Communications, you agree to be bound by Kenic's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy Rules.

Other generic and CCTLD domain names are bound by the relevant governing or administrative bodies.

Almond Communications ("Almond") respects your privacy Almond and its subsidiaries and associates respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. Almond provides this Privacy statement to inform you of our Privacy Policy and practices and of the choices you can make about the way your information is collected online and how that information is used.
